If you represent a company that has purchased consulting services from Active Solution Sverige AB

Active Solution Sverige AB will process personal data for the purpose of fulfilling our assignment and to communicate with applicable counterparties or other parties connected to the assignment. Active Solution Sverige AB will further process personal data for administering payments, invoicing and bookkeeping as well as scheduling meetings. Personal data processed for the purposes above may include:

  • Contact information (e.g. name, email, phone number or address)
    Employment details (e.g. business title, organizational belonging or department)

  • Financial information (e.g. invoicing details)

  • Information voluntarily submitted (e.g. in email conversations)

  • Your personal data is processed on the basis of Active Solution Sverige AB’s legitimate interest of fulfilling our assignments and customer agreements.

If you represent a company that has bought a software product from Active Solution Sverige AB

If you represent a company that has bought a software product from Active Solution AB through Azure Market Place. The products we provide through Azure Market Place do not collect or store any personal data.

For other software products we refer to the privacy policy for that specific product.

We do not answer for any personal data collected, stored or processed by third party products used together with our products.

Your Rights

You have the right to know if Active Solution Sverige AB handles any of your personal data and in that case access a copy of your personal data. Further, you have the right to request that we correct or update your personal data if something is wrong or missing. Under certain circumstances (expressed in applicable data protection legislation), you may request that we restricts the use of your personal data or delete your personal data.

If Active Solution processes personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw the consent at any time through a written notice sent to us.
